Overview: The Tuning Pitch can be chosen from a wide range on an equally tempered scale, or to any desired frequency, entered in Hertz.
K-metronome is time signature and bar oriented instead of just simply being beat count oriented. So for instance, if you are using a 4/4 rhythm and want to stop emphasizing the downbeat, you change the 'Distinctive downbeat' setting.
With most electronic and other Pocket PC metronomes, you would change from 4 beats to 0 beats!?!

PocketBrush User Interface
Realizing complex, graphic oriented applications for the Pocket PC platform requires user interface customization to allow fast access to the most common fuctions despite the limited screen real estate. The PocketBrush User Interface consists of a menubar, a custom toolbar and an optional colorbar. The menu bar consis
ts of the File, Edit, View and Filter and View menus and two buttons. To make it just one click away, we have placed the Undo function directly in the menubar. The second button is the "modifier button". Desktop applications use the Shift and Ctrl *** to change function behavior, but most Pocket PCs don't come with a ***board and even if a Pocket PC has a ***board, the Shift and Ctrl ***s work different on each device. 1. Dữ liệu: 350.000 mục từ
(nội dung mục từ giống từ điển Anh-Việt-Anh, phiên bản mtdEVA2009)

2. Đa dạng trong cách tra cứu:

* Tra bình thường bằng cách sử dụng bàn phím mềm của máy
* Tra chéo: tra từ bất kỳ trong giao diện bằng một cú click.
* Nhắp chuột vào từ cần tra trong danh sách mục từ.
* Tra cứu các mục từ đứng trước hoặc sau mục từ đang tra.
* Tra nhanh bằng cách tô sáng (highlight) từ cần tra, rồi click vào biểu tượng mtd ở góc trái màn hình, từ điển mtd sẽ kết xuất nội dung giải thích của từ cần tra.

3.Phát âm:

* Phát âm tất cả các mục từ tiếng Anh và tiếng Việt có trong từ điển.
* Phát âm toàn câu tiếng Anh, tiếng Việt có trong cửa sổ giải thích nội dụng mục từ.

4.Tính năng học từ mỗi ngày (Word of Day): giúp người dùng học từ mới mỗi ngày. Mỗi ngày khi mở tự điển mtd ra, chương trình sẽ tự động hiển thị số từ vựng để học, số từ học mỗi ngày tùy thuộc vào người dùng chọn. Và số lượng từ sẽ cộng dồn tương ứng với số ngày người dùng không mở từ điển sử dụng.

5.Tính năng học từ vựng (Word card quiz): Khi đang tra cứu từ vựng hoặc đang ở tính năng Word of Day, nếu thấy từ vựng đó cần được học lại thì bạn lưu từ vào danh sách Word card (Add word card). Khi nào cần học lại những từ đó, bạn chỉ cần chọn tính năng học từ vựng (Word card quiz).

XnView Pocket - v1.51
XnView is a name that very probably means something to you if you manage images on your PC. It is one of the best viewers and if it is well known, it is because there is a freeware version.
Well, XnView Pocket is simply its Pocket PC cousin, a very complete program that is not missing much from its commercial competitors. The (French!) authors insist that it is a Beta version, but, after having gone through all the menus and tested images of a very respectable size, I could not even find the smallest problem.
I will not describe all the features, but it includes amongst others: a slideshow mode with the ability to create an executable, many different display size options, conversion between formats (JPG, GIF, PNG, etc), resizing, setting changes (contrast, luminosity, clarity) to name but a few. The authors await your suggestions to add to the program.
There is only a few icons directly accessible from the menu bar but this allows more r
oom for the images. All the better since the menus are very complete and logically organised.
In short, excellent work in French (woohoo!) available for all platforms, even the oldest, MIPS & SH3, alas quite rare nowadays. To accompany a digital camera that comes with your Pocket PC, try this before buying something else: it is more developed than iPAQ Viewer, the standard on HP machines, and it may be enough for your purposes.
Update: the improvements keep coming.
